The Airport

The Creston Valley Regional Airport is a registered airport located 3.5 nautical miles (6.5 km) South of Creston BC. It is owned by the Town of Creston, and is operated by the Creston Valley Regional Airport Society.

The airport offers a 3944 ft paved runway equipped with full length runway lights as well as PAPI and taxiway/apron lights, a 294 ft x 165 ft ramp, Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS), and 24/7 Cardlock fuel. There is a terminal building with a pilots lounge and washroom facilities. 

FUEL:

Cardlock 24/7. 100LL (AVGAS) - $ 2.27/L. JET A - $ 1.90/L  Prices current as of July 2023.

PARKING:

NO  PARKING OFF THE APRON ONTO THE GRASS PLEASE FROM FEB. TILL THE END OF APRIL DUE TO THE REALLY SOFT AND MUDDY GROUND CONDITIONS DURING SPRING.  Please keep clear of “Air Ambulance” area to allow space for Medivac aircraft, etc. to maneuver.

Overnight: grass tie downs available. Fees: one day and night, by donation or free if you fuel up using our fuel. For more:  Phone 250-428-2733. One condition please, you need to be off the apron onto the grass, in the designated parking area for visitors. This is to the West of the apron, across from the fuel farm. Under-wing camping is allowed. Do NOT camp in the pilots lounge, this room is used by Emergency services personnel when required after normal working hours.

Permit holders: tie down spots to the North of the Apron reserved for these folks.  Plenty of spaces available for rent.

Rotor craft: on the grass, west of the Overnight parking as described above. 

MEDIVAC PICK UP

Fixed wing : On the apron, South of the helicopter parking spot.

Rotor: Use the runway and the main taxi way for approach and let down on the ramp. To refuel, please land on the cement pad in front of the fuel pumps. Please do not overfly tied down or parked aircraft at low level.

The airport offers a meeting room, with a capacity for up to 65 people. The room can be booked free of charge for Non-Profit organizations by contacting us.
